Our office provides parishes, schools, and diocesan offices with structural and organizational processes grounded in Gospel values. We assist in integrating the principles of Communion, Participation, and Mission to fulfill the Church’s mission to evangelize, “Go out and make disciples. (Mt 28:19).”
We aim to foster Ecclesial Integration among schools, parishes, and diocesan offices, supporting leaders with thorough pastoral planning. The mission-driven initiatives led by our Bishop, the Most Reverend Alberto Rojas, through our office, align with the Church’s call to embody synodality in communion, participation, and mission.
