Our Mission
The Office of Pastoral Planning offers parishes, schools, and diocesan offices structural and organizational processes rooted in the Gospel Values and the Synod on Synodality. We help integrate the principles of Communion, Participation, and Mission to carry out the Church’s mission to Evangelize, “Go out and make disciples (Mt 28: 19).”
Our Vision
Our vision is to make disciples by providing the pastors, pastoral councils, and parish staff with the training, resources, and support needed to foster a welcoming, belonging, and ownership culture to carry out the Church’s mission.
